Responsibilities Include:
Involved with the marketing, structuring, negotiating and documenting individual loans, leases and partnership investments.
Performing financial analysis, due diligence, creating and analyzing cash flow and pricing models.
Obtaining credit/investment approval including the preparation and delivery of written and verbal presentations to credit individuals or committees.
Marketing individual customers, prospects and related sources. Preparation and presentation of marketing materials and plans.
Qualifications Requirements:
Minimum of a B.A. or B.S.
