Prepare and manage financial statements as well as annual and ongoing budgets.
Manage bank accounts and cash flows between fund entities.
Oversee funding of investments.
Manage payments from portfolio companies and fund distributions.
Interact with outside accountants regarding financial statements and year-end tax compliance.
Supervise and guide accounting staff in preparation of financial statements for fund entities.
Assist with accounting due diligence on investment opportunities and with ongoing accounting matters of portfolio companies.
Audit cash distributions and calculate return on investment.
Manage payroll, employee benefits and administrative employees.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with and emphasis in Accounting or Finance
CPA or MBA preferred
4 - 5 years public accounting experience with an audit or transactions / due diligence background
