Associate in The Restructuring Group, which is one of the most well regarded in the business. They provide advisory services to companies and creditor constituents in: (i) out-of-court restructurings, (ii) Chapter 11 proceedings, (ii) debt and equity financings, (iii) distressed M&A advisory services and (v) complex restructuring negotiations.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have previous work experience in investment banking, demonstrate strong leadership potential, and be motivated, creative and outgoing. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory, keen analytical capabilities and excellent verbal and written communications skills.
-Masters of Business Administration is preferred.
-Coursework in accounting and finance is highly recommended.
-One year of post-MBA or equivalent experience is preferred; NO Class of 2007 graduates please.
