Analysts who join Analyst Program at Bank are provided with a broad-based investment banking experience. Analysts actively participate in a variety of transactions ranging from advisory work in Mergers and Acquisitions to debt and equity offerings, both domestically and cross-border. Analysts will be involved in every aspect of transaction analysis and execution from start (pitch/marketing) to finish (close/pricing).
Analysts are asked to assume an integral role in the execution of many of the firm’s transactions. Working closely with senior bankers, Analysts are encouraged to assume significant responsibilities such as leading drafting sessions or preparing materials for fairness opinions and are asked to contribute to and participate in presentations and meetings with clients.
Basic Qualifications
- Candidates must have a 4 year bachelor’s degree or an international equivalent, prior to commencement of employment.
- 1 yr prior Invesment Banking Analyst experience

- Ability to think critically & creatively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Self starter
- Capable of working under tight deadlines
